I try to come home each weekend during the training. The schedule is tight but i think I'm gonna make it. Two weeks ago, I went home with my brother. Last week i had to go home by myself. I went to Terminal Lebak Bulus by angkot, and then took the bus to Bandung.
It took about to and a half hours from Lebak Bulus to Leuwi Panjang. In a zap, I arrived in Bandung.
And, what did I do last weekend?
Saturday night, I went to Tante Ike, who made my kebaya for the akad nikah. Sunday morning, I helped my mom cleaning up the mess in the house. After that I went with uda to BEC and bought a new external harddisk (I got 320 GB Seagate harddisk for 670 thousand rupiahs, love it).
Now, it's time to study, again ... until the next four weeks.

All I Want Is You (Barry Louis Polisar)
If I was a flower growing wild and free
All I'd want is you to be my sweet honey bee.
And if I was a tree growing tall and green
All I'd want is you to shade me and be my leaves
If I was a flower growing wild and free
All I'd want is you to be my sweet honey bee.
And if I was a tree growing tall and green
All I'd want is you to shade me and be my leaves
All I want is you, will you be my bride
Take me by the hand and stand by my side
All I want is you, will you stay with me?
Hold me in your arms and sway me like the sea.
If you were a river in the mountains tall,
The rumble of your water would be my call.
If you were the winter, I know I'd be the snow
Just as long as you were with me, when the cold winds blow.
All I want is you, will you be my bride
Take me by the hand and stand by my side
All I want is you, will you stay with me?
Hold me in your arms and sway me like the sea.
If you were a wink, I'd be a nod
If you were a seed, well I'd be a pod.
If you were the floor, I'd wanna be the rug
And if you were a kiss, I know I'd be a hug
All I want is you, will you be my bride
Take me by the hand and stand by my side
All I want is you, will you stay with me?
Hold me in your arms and sway me like the sea.
If you were the wood, I'd be the fire.
If you were the love, I'd be the desire.
If you were a castle, I'd be your moat,
And if you were an ocean, I'd learn to float.
All I want is you, will you be my bride
Take me by the hand and stand by my side
All I want is you, will you stay with me?
Hold me in your arms and sway me like the sea.
I love the song ... will you be my pod, honey?
All I'd want is you to be my sweet honey bee.

Pre Wedding Photo Session - Behind the Scene
These photos are taken by my brother, who decided to be the behind-the-scene crew for this occasion (and also be our driver, hehe ... thanks, honey!).
We had two photo shoot sessions: one in the morning and one at night.
We did the morning session at Sabuga for about two hours. Uda and I both wear white shirt and blue denim pants. Yes, I know, the outfit so old style. Too many couples had picked this kind of outfit for their pre wedding photos. But, we never find it boring. We just love it. Perfect for us.

We started the night session at nine thirty, around Jalan Asia Afrika, a favorite spot among photographers. Actually, we and Kang Ule planned to do it at nine. But, a funny thing happened. We arrived at the location and park our car in front of Bank Jabar around eight forty five. Kang Ule said that he arrived a bit earlier, around eight thirty and wait in front of Apotek Kimia Farma. After our arrival, we did nothing but wait for each other. Neither of us called each other because we didn't want to make the one we call feel rushed to get to the location. How funny, We just wasted our time for the sake of politeness. Hehe.
We wear black tops and bottoms, as Kang Ule suggested.
Hmm, may be this photo should be mentioned as a PRE prewedding photo. This was taken while we were waiting for Kang Ule (well,to be precise, we THOUGHT we were waiting for him ;-)).
After the session, we all had nasi goreng kambing together ... spicy but yummy .....

Pre Wedding Photo Session
We're going to do it tomorrow.
I have no idea how it's gonna be.
Let's just wait and see.

Lamaran
The date: August17th, 2009 (Independence Day, hehe).
We really had to make the time for the occasion since we were both quite busy.
So glad that we finally made it.
Alhamdulillah.

Counting down ...
Insya Allah, I'm getting married in nine weeks ...
Meanwhile, starting October 4th, I'm gonna be out of town for 6 weeks and I'll be back home two weeks before the wedding.
Oh, God, so many things to do ... it seems like 24 hours a day is not enough ...
I really hope everything will run just fine.
